St. Croix Recreation History
St. Croix Recreation had humble beginnings in Stillwater, Minnesota. It was founded in 1980 by Johnnie Johnsen in the basement of his home selling three brands of playground equipment and park supply lines. Today, St Croix Recreation represents more than fifteen different companies for the territory of Minnesota.
As our products and territory have grown, so has our representation. Sales associates Mike Basich and Wade Walters have been with the company for over fifteen years.
In the last thirty years, St. Croix Recreation has conducted business with Architects, Cities, Churches, Contractors, Military Bases, Property Managers, State Parks and Schools. Throughout our history of growth in business and our associations with customers, our values have remained the same. Our aim is to sell a great product and provide the best customer service in the industry.
